Shipping
I believe that buying something on the internet should never cost you any more than if you drove to a store and bought the same thing. You will be charged only what UPS or USPS charges. There will never be any added charges if you shop at Candles and Company.
When placing an order remember that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so you will receive your order via USPS Priority Mail.
If at any time after you have placed your order you would like to know the status, please feel free to contact us and we will let you know when you might expect them to arrive.
If Signature Service is not requested, Candles and Company will not be responsible for any lost or melted packages left at the door.
Order Processing
Here at Candles and Company we make quality our first priority. We hand pour each candle when you place an order with us. Once an order is received it will be shipped within 7-10 business days (but soon if possible) depending on the size of your order. We will do our best to get your candles to you as quickly as possible while using the most efficient and cost effective way to ship them.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holiday will be processed the next business day.
Return Policy
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase; please contact us to make arrangements for a replacement or refund of your purchase price.
Although orders are packed with the utmost care, every now and then merchandise does arrive damaged/broken. In cases such as these, notify us immediately and we will make arrangements to have the merchandise shipped back and replaced.
